Returns & Exchanges

At GroundingWell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
